In her work, Nathalie Snel engages in interactions with images, treating them as agents with a will and an agenda; speaking back to them, trying to touch them, trying to entice them into conversation. A fascination for model making, as a tool for thinking that is both abstract and embodied, runs through her works like a red thread.
